Ways of Making Money for Introvert Developers & Designers
Don’t worry! I will not recommend you to become youtuber. Here I will show how I am building my (an introvert) earning streams as a Developer & Designer.
Firstly, try to focus on building good UI/UX designs. It can be for apps or websites or for both. Try to build designs that you want to launch as a real software in the future. Make lots of them.
Publish your designs on popular sites like Dribbble and Behance.
Next up, open your account on Freelance sites like Fiverr, Upwork, etc.
Approach to clients with titles like → “I will design apps/websites for you”. And also never forget to show your existing designs that you have published. That you will gain trust.
Another way of making generous money with designs is by selling them. Or you can make your own course on Udemy or Coursera. Your course title can be → “Learn to make UI/UX designs through building real world apps & websites”
Now developers focus. There are dozens of money making paths for you. You just have to play smart.
Start by building some awesome websites & apps and launching them. It is ok to have websites that don’t have features yet. Always remember — clients see with their eyes. So always to try to make beautiful software(apps/sites).
Next up make account on above mentioned freelance sites and approach to clients. Show them your work. If you have good work then without any doubt you’ll have clients.
Next try to transform one of your apps/websites into a startup of your own. That way, you don’t have to depend on freelance client to make money. If your startup becomes successful then you don’t have to depend on freelancing for your income.
Lastly make courses on Udemy, Coursera, etc. There you can make course like → “Learn to make real world apps with real world examples”
There you have it. If you can follow all the above mentioned paths then slowly but steadily you will generate so much money that you don’t have to find jobs again.
